Annual Meeting Current Exhibitor Information

Deadlines and Important Dates:

  • A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of booth purchase. Final payment is due by July 5, 2024. Booths can still be purchased after July 5 and require full payment. 
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI) Deadline: Submission is due by July 5, 2024. 
  • For cancellations received after initial booking and prior to July 5, 2024, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total support will apply. For support cancelled after July 5, 2024, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
