Implicit bias can negatively impact the physician-patient relationship resulting in lack of trust, higher rates of noncompliance, and poor outcomes. To address this challenge, the Academy created 10 videos exploring common examples of implicit bias. Written by practicing physicians, each video depicts first an inappropriate and then appropriate interaction. We encourage you to watch these videos and share with your healthcare team. Please provide any feedback you may have using the survey link in the videos.
