All affiliate events held in conjunction with the AAO-HNSF 2026 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO must adhere to the affiliate event guidelines, regardless of the meeting location. Please read through the guidelines before submitting your request.

Affiliate Meeting/Event Guidelines

If you’re planning to host an affiliate meeting in Los Angeles during the AAO-HNSF 2026 Annual Meeting, please complete and submit the affiliate event application linked below. Requests must be submitted no later than August 17.
