- Log in to OTOLogic.org (AAO-HNS account required)
- Locate the “My Transcript” Tab under the left-navigation tab
Your “My Transcript” contains an up-to-date listing of all activities you have started and completed in OTO. On the “Complete” tab, you can also save and print a PDF version of CME credit you have earned.
Physicians
This transcript lists the continuing education activities for which you were awarded continuing medical education (CME) credit. Please use this as documentation for your CME licensing or certification needs.
International Physicians and Nonphysicians
Your transcript lists the continuing education activities that you completed. Please use this as documentation for your licensing or certification needs. AAO-HNSF does not award continuing education credit to international physicians or nonphysicians. You are encouraged to contact individual licensing or accrediting organizations who often accept this credit.
